I’ve bought a couple barrels over the last few years to support my various culinary hobbies. The barrels I recently got from Oak Barrels Ltd seem to be made from better wood. The seal seems better when first filling the barrel. And over all there just seems to be much better attention to detail. I’m sure I’ll come up with another reason I need a barrel again and I’ll be looking this site back up!
